Terry Futschik, Board President has dedicated her experience and focus to the foundation since joining as first, a volunteer and then voted in as Executive Director in 2019. Her dedication to elevate and education filmmakers has been evident in the mentorship given through the fiscal sponsorship program and events developed.

With over 15 years in the industry, Tom has a rich background of experience delivering authentic, approachable, and attuned documentary-style filmmaking in both short form and feature length productions. Tom has produced, filmed & editing content for companies such as USA Today, NFL Player Engagement, Warrior Lacrosse, and UN Women. 

After 10 years in NYC, he now calls Albuquerque home where he runs The Studio at WESST. Since starting at the Studio in October of 2021, Tom has directed and produced an abundance of commercials for local businesses as well as winning a Telly Award for the WESST 2022 ads campaign.

Hailing from New Mexico and Los Angeles, Michelle Tomlinson is an award-winning Actress, Acting Teacher, and Director. Tomlinson believes in teaching not only
the craft of acting and booking acting jobs, but the philosophy and business of what it takes to work in this industry. 

Based in Albuquerque , Tiffany’s notable background in the film industry with both acting and directing experience will enhance the foundations focus on supporting above the line talent.

In 2023 , Tiffany is now immersed in the Fusion Theatre community, having performed in The Seven short works festival (Audience Award) and the upcoming theatrical extravaganza,"Ms Homes & Ms Watson - #2B".  Former faculty member at the USC School of Dramatic Arts, Tiffany hopes to one day fuel her feminist drive with an official coffee sponsorship.
